How it started…

I developed an understanding for holistic wellbeing after a car accident in 2006. Subsequently I suffered from persistent headaches on the right-hand side of my head and the top of my shoulder. At the time, I relied on painkillers, unaware of holistic approaches until a friend studying Sports Science massaged a tight knot at the top of my shoulder. Although intense, afterwards my pain was dramatically reduced.

It was a turning point as I realised that what I needed wasn’t medication, but to release the tension in my muscles and this could be achieved through ways other than painkillers. This inspired me to explore holistic approaches to wellbeing. I began practicing regular yoga and took a course in complementary therapies, graduating with distinction in 2010.

Since then I’ve continued to expand my knowledge and skills, driven by the goal of helping others experience the same relief, balance, and body awareness that influenced the way I lived my life.

My Approach

At Green View Therapies, I combine modern techniques with traditional theories and practices to provide treatments that are both therapeutic and restorative. Each therapy is tailored to your unique needs, helping you to release tension, ease discomfort, and restore balance to your body and mind.

I work with a wide variety of clients, each with their own goals. Common reasons people seek holistic therapies include:

Therapies Offered

I have trained with highly experienced teachers, enabling me to bring a range of effective therapies to you. These include:

  • Deep Tissue & Tui Na Massage – Effective and targeted massage techniques to relieve specific areas of muscular tension.

  • Pregnancy Massage – massage for wellbeing or to address specific discomforts using the best of all the techniques I can offer you during this unique time

  • Reflexology – Promoting balance and wellbeing for your entire body through contact with specific points on the feet

  • Aromatherapy – A hypnotic head to toe therapy invoking dreamy aromas with relaxing massage

Each therapy is one I personally use and believe in. Holistic treatments can help release physical tension, which often leads to a deep sense of mental relaxation. Once we reach this state of relaxation our mood can be lifted and we often carry a feeling of being grounded and fully connected to our bodies. Many clients leave with a glowing sense of wellbeing and calm as well as muscles and joints feeling more at ease and pain free.
