Getting to Green View Therapies?

I advise using google maps to get to Green View Therapies, 2 Panhard Drive, NR20 4FG. Older maps on sat navs may not find the correct location. Once here, you will find parking on a brick-paved drive after the house.

Is there parking?

There is plenty of parking on the drive accessible on the left after you’ve passed the house. From there it is a short, step-free walk to the house.

How do I book an appointment?

You can book by phone or email, or by using the contact form. If you are trying to decide which therapy is right for you, we can arrange a free 15-minute pre-appointment telephone consultation to help you discover what would be most beneficial.

What should I expect at my first appointment?

Your first session begins with a short consultation to discuss your health, lifestyle, and what you’d like to achieve from your treatment. This helps me to combine the therapies I believe will to be the most beneficial for you. You’ll then receive your chosen treatment in a calm, relaxing environment designed to help you unwind and restore balance.

What should I wear?

Please wear comfortable clothing. This makes it easier to undress and dress and gives you comfort when you leave - if you come suited and booted that is fine too! For an oiled, full-body massage, you only need to leave your underwear on. Your privacy and comfort are always respected, I will leave the room to give you time to dress and undress and I leave you sheets or towels to cover yourself with. When I come back in you will be appropriately draped with additional towels, sheets or blankets throughout your treatment. I will then undrape the area I’m working on, e.g. the back, whilst the rest of the body is covered.

Tui Na and Emmett treatments don’t use oil, and some of the techniques used work best through a cotton sheet AND loose cotton clothing (mostly during tui na). So, for these you do not always need to undress, however it may be useful to undress certain areas of the body if the clothes are restrictive. If you come for Tui Na or Emmett please where loose cotton clothing if possible.

Can I have a combination of therapies?

Yes of course! Any of my therapies can be combined to create something completely unique for you. A 90 minute Aromatherapy appointment will allow plenty of time for use to include the feet, face and scalp for example. In a 60 minute appointment we can focus on the back and then include a face, neck and scalp massage. You can take advantage of my free, 15 minute pre-appointment consultation to discuss what combinations are possible - which is pretty much anything given the right amount of time!

Do I need to bring anything?

Everything you need for your treatment is provided, water for post-treatment is very much advised, as is warm clothing in cooler weather. Just bring yourself, a method of payment and allow time to relax before and after your session. I do need to know any allergies you have before you arrive.

Can I have a treatment if I have a medical condition?

In many cases, yes - but it’s important that I understand any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or ongoing treatments before your session. If you’re under medical supervision, please check with your GP or consultant before booking. This helps ensure that your treatment is both safe and beneficial.

What if I’m pregnant?

You can enjoy a Pregnancy Massage once you’re past the first trimester, as well as some other gentle therapies. These treatments are adapted for comfort and safety, helping to relieve tension, improve circulation, and support wellbeing during pregnancy.

How do I pay for my treatment?

Payment can be made by BACS or cash at your appointment. Gift vouchers are also available by post or email and make a thoughtful, wellbeing-focused gift for someone special.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment. Cancellations made with less notice may be charged 50% of the session fee, and missed appointments within 24hrs may be charged in full.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes — gift vouchers are available for any treatment or for a chosen amount. They are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be sent by email or post.

Is your therapy room accessible?

Please note that there is a small lip over the doorway into the therapy room, other than that access is step-free. If you have any accessibility needs or questions, please contact me beforehand to discuss how I can best help make your appointment and easy and enjoyable experience.

How soon will you respond to my message?

I aim to reply to all messages within 48 hours on weekdays. Messages received outside working hours or on weekends will be answered as soon as possible.
