Terms & Conditions

1. Appointments and Bookings

  • Appointments can be made via email, phone, or WhatsApp.

  • Your appointment will be confirmed once a date and time have been agreed upon.

  • If you’re unsure which therapy is most suitable, a complimentary 15-minute consultation can be arranged prior to booking.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 48 business* hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost.

  • Missed appointments without notice (no-shows) may be charged in full.

  • If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to avoid impacting other clients and the full fee will still apply.

3. Health and Medical Information

  • Before your first treatment, you’ll be asked to complete a consultation form to ensure we provide the most suitable and safest therapy for you.

  • Please provide accurate and up-to-date medical information, including any conditions, injuries, allergies, or medications.

  • If you have a medical condition or are under medical supervision, it is your responsibility to seek approval from your GP or specialist before booking a complementary therapy.

  • All information shared is treated with the strictest confidentiality and complying with UK data protection regulations.

4. Therapist Conduct and Client Care

  • Green View Therapies provides professional, non-medical holistic treatments in a safe and respectful environment.

  • Your comfort and wellbeing are always a priority. You may stop or adjust the treatment at any time if you feel discomfort.

  • Inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated, and the session will be terminated immediately without refund.

5. Payments and Gift Vouchers

  • Payment is due at the time of your appointment, unless agreed otherwise.

  • Payments can be made via BACS, cash or card.

  • Gift vouchers are available by post or email and are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, but may be transferred to another person with prior agreement.

6. Accessibility

  • There is step-free access into the therapy space with a small lip over the threshold. A toilet is also available on the same level.

  • If you have any accessibility questions, contact me in advance to discuss the your needs.

7. Contact and Response Times

  • I aim to respond to all messages within 48 hours on weekdays.

  • Messages received outside of working* hours or on weekends will be answered as soon as possible during working hours.

8. Disclaimer

  • Complementary therapies are intended to support overall wellbeing and should not replace medical advice or treatment.

  • No specific results can be guaranteed, as each individual’s response to therapy may vary.

  • By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you understand the nature and purpose of the treatment and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
