After your appointment you will feel very peaceful so allow yourself time to gently go about your day.
Soothing massage and gentle stretching aid the release of tension whilst specific scalp and facial techniques ease you into a hypnotic sense of calm. For shorter appointments you can choose if you’d like facial massage to be included.
